“Oh, so you GOOGLED him Oh, well, that changes everything then, doesn’t it? What could I possibly worry about now that I know you’ve conducted such a thorough Internet search?” ―Alyson Noel, Fated

Screen Shot 2017-04-25 at 3.05.27 PM          Google is a crazy invention. You can get answers to so many difficult questions, find perfect images to show exactly what a certain creature looks like, and shop for all of your needs. One thing I believe everyone has done at least once is Google themselves. Come on, I know you’ve done it. No need to be embarrassed.

I decided to Google myself and see what would come up. It was actually really interesting. I looked myself up with my maiden name as well as my married name. I want to share with you my results. At the top of this page is the image results for my maiden name while the second one is with my married name. Below I have included images of the first pages with both names.

Why did I share this with you? Because I really wanted to see what would come up when I Google myself. It was an interesting find! And as you can tell, there are a lot of images that really are me as well as a few from Redheaded Owl. I want to see what your results are so post them below! Share what the craziest thing you found on your name was. And I know that everyone won’t have as much fun as I did nor as positive of an experience as I had but I think it’s still a good idea.

As always, thank you for visiting. Don’t forget to follow my blog for more from me! I hope to hear from you in the comments. Have a great day.

“Love the life you have while you create the life of your dreams. Don’t think you have to choose one over the other.” -Hal Elrod

More and more people are reading self help books and there are millions to choose from. As most of my readers know I am into Bullet Journaling, see my post here. When I was brand new to the journey back in July 2016, I joined many Bullet Journal groups on Facebook to help me get inspiration for this new journey I was embarking on. Through these groups, I kept seeing pages they called Level 10 Life. I thought it was interesting and I finally decided last week that I wanted to know what it was and why everyone was doing it. I found out where it came from. A self help book, I wasn’t too thrilled. I didn’t want to read it, there’s nothing any book could tell me that I didn’t already here from other people in my life. I brushed it off. Well, curiosity got the best of me and I finally caved and checked the book out from my local library and I am so glad I did. You’re probably thinking “is she ever going to share what the book is called?” I know, I know, I just went on a little tangent and never told you what the book is called. Well, it’s called The Miracle Morning: The Not-So-Obvious Secret Guaranteed to Transform Your Life Before 8AM by Hal Elrod. I started reading it a few days ago and I love it. I thought it was going to be like everything I’ve always heard but it’s not. The Miracle Morning is really life changing but I don’t want you to take it from me. There are thousands of videos from people who have improved their life by incorporating Hal’s morning routine into their day. You can find many of them here.

If you have read the book, please comment with how it have changed your life. I have only done it for a couple of days and exercise alone has made me feel like a better person. I, personally, get up at 4:30am, which is when my husband gets up to get ready for work, and I begin my day. I pray, exercise, and read. I’m trying to get each of Hal’s Life S.A.V.E.R.S. to work and I’m adding a little at a time, as to not overwhelm myself. From there I do homework and house cleaning. Since I have started this routine, I have been getting to sleep earlier, which was an issue for me. I am so glad I started this and I am grateful for all the people in all of the Bullet Journal groups who shared their experiences because if they hadn’t, I may not have ever had the pleasure of reading The Miracle Morning.

“Individual commitment to a group effort – that is what makes a team work, a company work, a society work, a civilization work.” -Vince Lombardi

On Facebook, there are groups to join for everything. For Bullet Journaling, in particular, there are a lot of groups to choose from. There are even Bullet Journal groups for specific regions in the world. However, there wasn’t a group for California Bullet Journalists so I made one. It’s not my first group but it is my first group on the topic. I hope that it can grow into a great group. Right now there are only about ten members but as the word spreads, I know more will want to join. California is big and I know there are more people into bullet journaling than we think. Please spread the word! The group is Bullet Journaling California.

Thanks for reading. I know this is a particularly short post but I hope to see all of my California followers in the group.

Also, if you don’t want to get on the actual Facebook app, there is a Groups app that you can download so you can skip all the drama on Facebook and just check out all of your groups.

This is a screenshot of the group from my Facebook Group app. I covered the pictures and names but this is what it looks like right now.

“A rejection is nothing more than a necessary step in the pursuit of success.” -Bo Bennett

It has been a rough week. An update on my friend, they found more broken bones and are doing a CT scan to determine the extent of damage and whether or not surgery is needed.

Anyway, I had posted on my favorite group page about what happened and asked for thoughts and prayers. I also asked for everyone’s favorite quotes to put in a positive jar and for her Bullet Journal. Well, my post was removed by an admin before I could read any of the quotes submitted so I made a post saying my post was deleted (for being off-topic) and that I’d still really like the quotes. Well, the admin took offense to it and removed me and personally blocked me so I can’t send any messages to the admin to understand why I was blocked.

What I don’t understand is how me asking for quotes is offensive and why it resulted in my being removed and blocked. Has the world become that insensitive? I’m very upset right now and I wanted answers. I really liked the group and had very few problems in it and refer it to everyone, I’ve even referred to it on my blog. I just don’t see the problem. And I made the post last night before I went to bed so I was unable to write down any of the quotes because by the time I woke up I was removed.

Whatever, it’s over. I’ll get over it. Just be wary when posting in a group on Facebook, you really could offend anyone with anything you say.

I apologize for taking my frustration out in this post. I’m just confused as a bit hurt. Thank you for reading and putting up with my ramblings today. Enjoy the rest of your day!
