Breakfast smoothie day 5!!!!!

1 8oz. carton almond milk

1 bottle Yankult probiotic

splash of vanilla

Pinch of turmeric

A bunch of kale

1 Avocado

1 banana

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 packet coconut oil

Add liquids to blender. Next add fruits, chia seeds, and spices. Mix well. Finally, add coconut oil and continue to mix. Serve and enjoy!

Breakfast smoothie day #2

1 8 oz. carton Almond Milk

1 bottle of Yankult Probiotic

1 mango, peeled and cut

1 banana

Handful of pineapple chunks

A bunch of kale

1 Tbs chia seeds

1 packet coconut oil

Add milk and probiotic to blender first. Next, add your fruits, kale, and chia seeds. Blend together. Finally, add the coconut oil. Pour and enjoy!
