Breakfast smoothie day 5!!!!!

1 8oz. carton almond milk

1 bottle Yankult probiotic

splash of vanilla

Pinch of turmeric

A bunch of kale

1 Avocado

1 banana

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 packet coconut oil

Add liquids to blender. Next add fruits, chia seeds, and spices. Mix well. Finally, add coconut oil and continue to mix. Serve and enjoy!
