Breakfast smoothie day 4

1 8 oz carton of almond milk

1 bottle Yankult probiotic

1 mango, peeled and cut

1 banana

1 carrot, peeled and cut

A handful of pineapple chunks

A sprinkle of turmeric

A splash of vanilla

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 packet coconut oil

Add liquids to blender. Next add all fruits and spices. Mix well. Finally, add coconut oil and finish blending. Serve and enjoy!
