Breakfast smoothie #1

1 8 oz. carton of Almond milk (vanilla)

1 bottle of Yankult probiotic

1 mango, peeled and cut up

1 banana broken into thirds

1 peach, pitted

1 Tbs of chia seeds

1 packet coconut oil

Add milk and probiotic to blender first. Next, add your fruit and chia seeds. Blend well. Lastly, add the packet of coconut oil. Pour in 1 big cup or 2 small cups. Enjoy!
